EatgoThe Eatgo app is on its way.
The Eatgo customer app is in preparation for release on the App Store and Google Play. Once it is live, you will be able to order from Ma Wan restaurants, pay online and follow your order all the way to your door.
Download links are not available yet. This page will be updated with the App Store and Google Play links on the day the app is released.
What you can do in the app
Everything you need to order dinner on Ma Wan, in one app — available in Traditional Chinese and English.
Browse local menus
See which restaurants on the island are open right now, browse their menus by category, and customise items with the options and add-ons the kitchen offers.
Sign in your way
Register with your mobile number and an SMS code, or continue with Google or Apple. You can browse restaurants as a guest before you create an account.
Save your addresses
Pick your building from the Ma Wan address list, add your floor and unit, the contact person for the delivery and a note for the rider. Save several addresses and set a default.
Pay securely
Check out with card or e-wallet on the secure hosted page of our licensed payment service provider. Your card details are never stored by Eatgo.
Track it live
Watch your order move from the kitchen to your door, with push notifications at every status change — no need to keep the app open.
Favourites and vouchers
Keep your regular restaurants a tap away, collect vouchers and apply promo codes at checkout, and reorder from your order history.
From tap to doorstep
What happens after you place an order.
Order received
Your payment is authorised and your order is sent to the restaurant terminal straight away.
Preparing
The restaurant confirms the order, prints the kitchen ticket and starts cooking.
On the way
An Eatgo rider collects your order and heads to the address you selected.
Delivered
The rider hands the order to your delivery contact, and the order is marked complete in the app.

What the app needs, and where it works.
- Platforms
- iPhone and Android phones. There is no tablet or desktop version.
- Minimum version
- iOS 15 or later; Android 10 or later.
- Service area
- Ma Wan, Hong Kong. Orders can only be delivered to addresses on the island.
- Order type
- Delivery only. Self-collection from the restaurant is not offered.
- Languages
- Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) and English.
- Price
- Free to download. You pay for your order, and a delivery fee where one applies.
- Account
- You can browse without an account. A mobile number is required to check out.
